A special event on June 17, 2017 generated significant sales for popular builder, Jagoe Homes. At Jagoe’s Grand Release gathering, which kicked-off sales of building sites for its new Berkshire Community in Newburgh,
Indiana, six sites sold within hours. Jagoe anticipated brisk sales for Berkshire; the desirable community is prestigiously located adjacent to famed Victoria National Golf Club, as well as the newly-opened, multi-million dollar Friedman Park. The park, a Warrick County project, features bucolic amenities such as butterfly and songbird gardens, paths for hiking, jogging, and biking, playgrounds, picnic shelters, a footbridge to the golf course, and parking for PGA events hosted by Victoria National. Jagoe is proud the Berkshire community, with its spacious homes, will attractively serve as the gracious approach to the park’s entrance.
The Jagoe team is extremely pleased with its successful Berkshire sales event, and available sites are expected to sellout shortly. Those interested in building a home in Berkshire are urged to contact a Jagoe Sales team member as soon as possible. The plat maps for Berkshire may be viewed online.
